How to Update an Email Account in cPanel

Update mailbox settings in cPanel — quota, password, or related options — without deleting the account.

Steps

  1. Log in to cPanel from clients.cidhosting.net.
  2. Email → Email Accounts.
  3. Click Manage next to the address.
  4. Change password, storage space, or other options shown, then save / Update Email Settings.

Tip: After a password change, update every mail app that uses that mailbox.
