How to Set an Autoresponder in Webmail

Set an automated reply from webmail when you want people who email you to get a short acknowledgement. For account-level autoresponders, prefer cPanel.

In Roundcube

  1. Open webmail and sign in with your full email address.
  2. Open settings (gear) and look for Autoresponder / Vacation (label varies by theme).
  3. Enable it, write a short subject and message, set dates if offered, and save.
