Delete messages in Roundcube webmail when you no longer need them. Deleted mail usually goes to Trash first — empty Trash to free space.
Open Roundcube
- Go to
https://yourdomain.com/webmail(orhttps://webmail.yourdomain.com/https://yourdomain.com:2096). - Sign in with your full email address and mailbox password.
- Choose Roundcube if you see a webmail app list.
Delete messages
- Open the folder (usually Inbox).
- Select one or more messages (checkbox, or click while holding Ctrl/Cmd).
- Click Delete. Messages move to Trash.
- To free disk space, open Trash and empty it (or delete again permanently, depending on your Roundcube version).
Tip: Mail stored in the mailbox counts toward your hosting disk space. Emptying Trash helps when you are near your plan limit.
