How to Import Email Addresses in cPanel

Import email addresses into cPanel when you need to create many mailboxes from a list. Check the current cPanel import tool labels — they change between themes.

Typical path

  1. Log in to cPanel from clients.cidhosting.net.
  2. Email → Email Accounts (or the Import addresses tool if shown).
  3. Follow the on-screen import steps with a CSV or list in the format cPanel expects.
  4. Confirm each new mailbox password policy and quotas.
