How to Create a Global Email Filter in cPanel

Global email filters apply to all mailboxes on the account (account-level rules). Use them carefully.

Create a global filter

  1. Log in to cPanel from clients.cidhosting.net.
  2. Email → Global Email Filters.
  3. Click Create a New Filter.
  4. Set conditions and actions, then save.

Tip: Prefer per-mailbox filters when only one address needs the rule. Global rules affect everyone on the account.
