If webmail offers a password reset from the login screen, use it only when that flow is enabled for your mailbox. Account owners can always reset passwords in cPanel.

If you see a reset link on the webmail login
- Enter your full email address and follow the prompts.
- Use a strong new password and update every device afterwards.
